Qualifications:
Phil is a specialist in English for Academic Studies and teaches across a range of modules on the International Foundation Programme. He is the Academic Lead for the Pathway College, responsible for programme and materials development.
He has 20-or-so years’ teaching experience, both in the UK and across a number of countries in Central Europe and Southeast Asia. He has been teaching in the UK Higher Education sector since 2016 and joined Northumbria University in 2018.
His interests lie in teaching innovation, integrated skills and materials development.
