About Lesley
As Pathway College Director, Lesley manages all programmes within the Pathway centre. Within her wider role she manages all International Year One (level 4) programmes for Pathway QA Higher Education. Specialist areas, Organisational Behaviour, Management and Marketing. Lesley has 10 year’s experience of teaching and managing Pathway programmes within a number of Universities throughout the UK.
Within her role, Lesley’s focus is on the academic quality of all programmes throughout the Northumbria Pathway. She is also passionate about the student journey.
Pre-pathway Lesley has been a manager and consultant in industry for over 15 years.
Lesley’s interests include curriculum design and development, teaching innovation, developing employability skills for students, and motivational styles. Personally, she is interested in art, in particular sculpture, walking in the countryside, and travelling.
The pathway programmes detailed on this website are run in partnership with QA Higher Education - a UK higher education provider. All of our pathway programmes are validated by the University and taught by QA Higher Education and University staff.
