About Lisa
Lisa has worked in English Language Teaching and Skills development for over 10 years including as a Teacher Trainer, Director of Studies, and Examiner. She has taught Academic English, General English, and Exam Preparation to students in Japan, Poland, Spain, Italy, and the UK and particularly enjoys supporting students with Academic Skills work.
Professionally, Lisa is interested in developing recall and retrieval strategies, building learner autonomy, and in facilitating peer learning. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, travelling, hiking, reading, and doing yoga.
