International Foundation Programme

Why did you choose to study this course?

I chose to study the International Foundation Programme and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science because I have enjoyed using computers since a young age. I wish to pursue a career in computer science and I am hoping that my studies will help me achieve this.

What made you decide to study with us?

I chose Northumbria University because my sister currently lives in Newcastle. I love the environment and the way that the teachers interact with me. I receive a lot of support from my tutors who are very attentive and highly knowledgeable.

What do you most enjoy about studying here?

The way that the facilities and resources are organised, I can always find things easily to support my studies. The flexibility and structure of the timetable also allows me to prepare for upcoming seminars which makes my studies a lot more manageable.

If you could sum up your experience so far in 3 words, what would you say?

Nice, enjoyable, friendly

What do you hope to do after you complete your course?

When I complete my undergraduate degree I am hoping to secure a job role that involves highly technical Computer Science. If I am unsuccessful I will be hoping to study a  postgraduate degree in Software Engineering.
