International Foundation Programme
I chose to study the International Foundation Programme to help me settle into University life. I was keen to strengthen my academic and English language skills to progress on to an undergraduate degree at Northumbria.
It was the highest ranked university that I was offered a place at. I am sponsored by the Qatari government which provided me with an great opportunity the study in the UK.
I love Newcastle as a study city, it’s safe, it’s big and it’s a lot less crowded than London. The general atmosphere is great and teaching is very helpful. All lecturers do their best to help students understand the modules and support us so that we succeed.
