International Foundation Programme – Engineering
I chose to study the International Foundation Programme as it was recommended by the Kuwait Embassy. They sponsored me because I achieved high grades at high school which gave me the opportunity to study in the UK.
I chose Northumbria because of the sponsorship that the Embassy provided and my friends who highly recommended the University to me. The studying facilities are fantastic and the timetabling is great because it allows me to take advantage of my free time here, which is often filled with extra-curricular activities on campus.
I really enjoy physics and maths. The lecturers are fantastic because they provide me with lots of information, and support me with my studies. The library also is very good, I can find information very easily and it’s open 24 hours which means I can go at my own convenience.
Enjoyable, exciting, diverse
I am looking to progress on to the Northumbria undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. When I complete my degree I looking to pursue a career in engineering.
