About Paul

Paul began teaching English for Academic Purposes across a range of modules on the International Foundation Programme at Northumbria University in April 2023. Before that, he spent 13 years teaching Academic, Business, and General English in South Korea, Thailand, Spain, and the UK. His professional interests lie in corpus-based critical discourse analysis and applied linguistics.  

Outside of teaching, Paul enjoys travelling, and is a keen follower of football across many leagues in Europe and further afield.
